Is there really going to be a traffic warden that puts a ticket on a cop car?? Well if you look at some of the idiots that do the job I expect a fair few of them would. A police car is really allowed to park wherever it wants but it does not mean the cops should abuse this rule.

It would certainly seem that the amount of car thefts that actually happen every single year are on the fall but it would still certainly seem that these crimes are occurring, of course people are doing it for a bit of extra money but how much is a stolen car actually worth?
